The day before the Oscars, the stars were stocking up on gifts and helping good causes at the Film Independent’s Spirit Awards Official Gift Lounge by On3 Productions, backstage at the indie awards show in LA.

Celebs such as Mickey Rourke and Melissa Leo, who won Best Actor and Best Actress at the ceremony, respectively, made their way through the lounge, where Mickey autographed the entrance poster “Loki” in honor of his recently deceased dog. They were joined by such stars as Dana Delaney, Andie MacDowell, show host Steve Coogan, Jon Hamm and more.

Presenters at the ceremony such as Sandra Oh, Jessica Alba and Taraji P. Henson were among the first to receive the new Palm Pre, along with six months of service from Sprint – and Sandra plans on getting the phone into an episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” as soon as she can. For each star in attendance, Palm made a donation to Project:Involve, Film Independent’s diversity program.

Trying out the Glowelle beauty drink, stars also commented on what makes them glow.

“My daughter, Honor,” Jessica said, while Melissa added, “Joy in my heart!”

Stars including Bradley Cooper were able to refresh their eyes from the camera flashes at the Blink Tears eyedrops station and also pick up TLC Laser Eye Center gift certificates

Alec Baldwin picked up a pair of Blue Notch Jeans for his daughter Ireland, while Mena Suvari picked up two pairs of the Japanese denim.

Other gifts at the Lounge scooped up by the stars included Koolaburra boots, Sakroots Eco Harmony bags, b.tempt’d lingerie by Wacoal, Signature Passes from AMC Theatres, Carlos Falchi bags, Altoids Smalls mints, Crunch gym memberships, and Arm & Hammer Advance White Toothpaste and Whitening Booster smile kits.
