Kurt Russell is reportedly set to join forces with Quentin Tarantino again.
The actor, who worked with the legendary writer/director for 2007’s “Grindhouse,” is in talks to join Tarantino’s latest project, “Django Unchained,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In Terrence Malick’s “The Tree of Life,” which premiered this week at the Cannes Film Festival, Pitt plays a father of three in a drama that deals with the biggest of questions about our place in the cosmos.
In his home life, Pitt and Jolie are parents of six — three biological children, three adopted. For Pitt, who was childless into his 40s after his marriage with Jennifer Aniston broke up, it all happened in just a few years.

“The King’s Speech” won the best-actor trophy Sunday for Colin Firth and a second honor for its overall cast at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
The two prizes capped a weeklong surge of Hollywood honors for the British monarchy saga, which is building momentum for the Feb. 27 Academy Awards, where the Facebook drama “The Social Network” previously had looked like the favorite.
Natalie Portman earned the best-actress award at the Screen Actors ceremony for “Black Swan,” while “The Fighter” co-stars Christian Bale and Melissa Leo swept the supporting-acting honors, boosting their own prospects come Oscar night.

Quentin Tarantino says the Venice Film Festival lineup is “one of the most wildest, cool, eclectic lineups” he’s ever seen.
Tarantino heads the jury that will judge 22 films from 11 countries, plus one surprise film to be announced next week, for the coveted Golden Lion.
The director of “Inglourious Basterds” and “Kill Bill” ought to know about festival lineups. This isn’t his first jury. In fact, the director confessed to hosting his own private festivals, lining up 15 DVDs and judging himself which was the best, a sort of unofficial Tarantino Film Fest.
