Tiffani Thiessen has welcomed her first daughter with husband Brady Smith, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The actress and her husband, an actor and artist, welcomed daughter Harper Renn Smith, a rep for the actress told Access on Monday.

Baby Harper weighed 8 lbs., 3 oz., and both she and her proud parents are “doing great,” a rep for the “White Collar” actress told People, which first reported the story.

“We both feel good,” Tiffani told Access Hollywood in March at her baby shower. “We’re really excited. This is something we’ve been looking forward to for a really long time.”

Brady raved about the kind of mom his wife would make.

“Tiffani is going to be a fantastic mom,” he told Access at the time. “She’s a natural — caring, generous. She’s going to be a great mom… She’s an amazing lovely person. She’ll be great.”

In the months leading up to Harper’s birth, Tiffani and Brady got some advice from her former “90210” co-star, Jason Priestley, and his wife, Naomi.

“The Priestleys have been great,” Brady said.

Jason told Access at the time that he was thrilled Tiffani was about to become a mom.

“This whole experience and being with her through this whole pregnancy – it’s really been a joy for my wife and myself,” he said. “To see [motherhood] finally happen for her, to be finally having a child – it’s such an exciting time.”

Brady and Tiffani married in Montecito, Calif., in July 2005, after meeting on what Tiffani told Access was a “semi-blind” date, “set up by an old friend.”

“It was one of the best gifts I think I ever got,” she said. “I really wasn’t looking for anything serious. I think sometimes when you’re not looking that’s kind of when gifts like that happen.”
