Lopez sued Ojani Noa for $10 million, claiming he intends to make and sell a movie containing home video of the actress in sexual situations, including during their 1997 honeymoon. A Los Angeles judge on Monday barred Noa and his producer, Ed Meyer, from distributing the material until a Tuesday hearing on whether to extend the order.
Noa says he’ll fight the order.
Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months. She claims he’s violating a prior confidentiality agreement.
In 2007, Lopez won $545,000 in another lawsuit that blocked Noa from publishing a ghostwritten tell-all book.
