Yes, it’s true; you can look (and feel) amazing at 60 and beyond! Gone are the days when women over 60, 50, or even 40 are simply overlooked and rarely thought of as sexy and sensational.

At 66, Oscar winner Helen Mirren was named “Body of the Year” over the summer in a L.A. Fitness survey. She beat out other (much younger) beauties, like Jennifer Lopez and tush-terrific Pippa Middelton. Proving to all that age is just a number.
