Jay Cutler Buys Fiancee Kristin Cavallari Posh Push Present After Birth Of Their Son

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Caption Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari arrive at the Los Angeles premiere of “Source Code” held at ArcLight Cinemas Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, Calif. on March 28, 2011 Kristin Cavallari gave birth to her first child (son Camden Jack) last month and her grateful fiance, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, showed his appreciation by buying the former reality star a push present that would make most fashionistas scream with envy.

“I got a gray [Hermès] Birkin bag,” a smiling Kristin told People. “I was really excited about it.”

Adding, “[Jay] did a good job.”

Kristin, 25, earned her designer handbag with blood, sweat and tears – literally!

“[Labor] pain was like nothing I’ve ever experienced,” the first time mom – who did opt for an epidural — told the mag of Camden’s delivery. “It was so painful but a different kind of pain — because I knew we were going to meet our son.”

Despite the pain, Kristin hinted she’d like to have more children.

“It was worth every minute and I’ll do it again,” she said.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Kristin and Jay welcomed baby Camden on August 8.

“We are thrilled to welcome Camden Jack Cutler into the world,” Kristin announced via Twitter at the time. “He was born this morning weighing 7lbs 9oz.

“Everyone is doing great!” she added.
