overview

The irresistibly perky and sexy Jennifer Aniston was born on February 11, 1969 in Sherman Oaks, California, but spent most of her childhood in New York. Her parents are actors John Aniston and Nancy Dow. She jumped into acting at an early age and went on to study drama at New York’s High School of the Performing Arts.

She endured a long string of quickly canceled television shows in the 90’s and a critically panned horror film, “Leprechaun.” Fate stepped in though when she auditioned in 1994 for a new NBC sit-com ensemble show being produced by Warner Bros. “Friends” debuted that year with Jennifer filling the comic role of Rachel Green. She went on to star in 238 episodes of the hit series, becoming one of the highest paid actresses in a television show, at $1 million per episode.

Jennifer’s personal life has been a constant whirlwind of attention from fans and paparazzi alike due to her superstar status and marriage to leading man Brad Pitt, whom she divorced in 2005. Jennifer was romantically linked with Vince Vaughn for a time following her divorce from Brad.
