NEW YORK, New York --

Jennifer Lopez has been busy filming her new movie, “The Back-Up Plan,” in New York.

But on Thursday, the superstar mom had two special guests visit her on the job – her twins Max and Emme.

J.Lo’s mom, Guadalupe, and a bodyguard took turns watching the 1-year-olds while the star was working in front of the camera.

And just 17 months removed from giving birth to the twins, Jennifer is pregnant again – at least, on screen.

In “The Back-Up Plan,” she plays a single woman named Zoe, who decides to pursue artificial insemination before meeting the man of her dreams, played by “Moonlight” star Alex O’Loughlin.

But in real life, siblings for Max and Emme might not be too far off, as Jennifer recently told Access Hollywood she and husband Marc Anthony are kicking around the idea of adding to their brood.

“Marc is like, ‘What are we waiting for?’” Jennifer told Access’ Shaun Robinson back in April. “Let me work just a little bit first, let me get a couple things out there… one song, one movie, something.”

“I like [need] to recuperate,” she added. “I definitely want to have more though. I don’t know if it’s in the cards for us, but I would like to.”
