‘Jersey Shore’ Stars Channel Oscar Nominees For ‘Lopez Tonight’

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Oscar fever is sweeping the “Jersey Shore.”

The outspoken and wild cast of MTV’s hit reality series are getting into the spirit of the Academy Awards by reenacting scenes from several Oscar nominated films for George Lopez’s late night show, “Lopez Tonight.”

The first still – from “Lopez Tonight’s” March 1 episode, shows Ronnie Magro and Paul Delevcchio (aka DJ Pauly D) dressed up for their reenactment of Best Picture nominee “The Hurt Locker.”

The parodies will run from March 1- March 4.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley and their aforementioned counterparts will be featured in recreated scenes from “Avatar,” “Up In The Air,” “Precious,” “Inglourious Basterds” and “The Blind Side.”

“Lopez Tonight” airs Monday through Thursdays on TBS at 11 PM ET.
