Adult film star Janine Lindemulder lost her bid to gain more visitations with the 5-year-old daughter she had with ex-husband and reality star Jesse James, who is now married to Sandra Bullock.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Orange County family court records show that Lindemulder’s visitation rights to daughter Sunny have been now limited to daytime hours. She had asked for her visitation rights to be expanded to include overnight stays, but Commissioner Thomas Schulte reportedly denied the request.
However, Lindemulder was granted an overnight stay on Christmas Eve, but is required to return her daughter to James and Bullock by noon on Christmas Day.
Lindemulder was reportedly sentenced to federal prison for tax evasion in 2008. She is scheduled to appear at a hearing next week for a possible probation violation related to the 2008 charge.
James and Bullock were married in 2005 and have been raising Sunny together since January.
