Jessica Lange took a tumble Tuesday at her Minnesota home and landed in the hospital, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

“Jessica Lange was on vacation at her home in Minnesota when yesterday she took a short fall from her steps,” the actress’ rep said in statement released to Access.
