Jessica Simpson Names Country Album

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Jessica Simpson has revealed the name of her upcoming country album.

The pop singer-turned-country crossover artist will call the new album “Do You Know.”

Columbia Nashville will issue the release on September 9.

The album will feature Jessica’s new single “Come On Over,” which currently sits and number 23 on the Billboard Hot Country chart.

And Jessica’s new album will also include an ode to her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. “You’re My Sunday” according to People, is about the football star.

Another album track – “Remember That,” concerns domestic violence, according to Billboard.com. The cut was penned by Dolly Parton, who also sings on the number.
