Jessica Simpson Released From Hospital

Caption Jessica SimpsonLOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Jessica Simpson was hospitalized last week due to a small kidney infection, a rep for Simpson confirmed to Access Hollywood.
The blonde bombshell checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday. She was kept over the weekend for observation, but has since been released.
Absent from Jessica’s side during her time in the hospital was NFL superstar beau Tony Romo, who was stuck in Dallas due to prior commitments.
Earlier this month, the couple fended off rumors that Tony has popped the question to gal pal Jess.
“It’s just rumors,” Tony told People. “That’s what people say.”
