Joan Rivers Rushed To The Hospital: What Happened?

Joan Rivers was rushed to the hospital after she stopped breathing. So, what happened? And, how is she currently doing?

Joan was undergoing an outpatient throat procedure on her vocal cords when she stopped breathing as the scope was put down her throat. There were multiple reports that Joan went into cardiac arrest. A reliable sources us the emergency did not involve her heart. On New York City's upper east side at 9:39 A.M. Joan was rushed by ambulance from there to mount sinai hospital less than a mile away where she arrived in stable condition, not critical as some reports say. I spoke with Joan's daughter Melissa as she was on the way to L.A.X. Airport to fly to new York. There was a certain level of urgency in her voice. She told me she heard the news this morning at 7:00 A.M. Pacific. She described her mother's condition as stable but cri critical. Always a rivers, Melissa did say she'll want to pull through because she'll want to make a joke about knocking brad and Angelina off the headline. She was out last night for an lgbt group called out. The color red was more prevalent than spanx. She last worked on E! Fashion police. She was due back on the set next Friday when the entire fashion police team would be in New York City for fashion week. A show, sources tells us, Joan flies twice a week between new York and L.A., where the show is normally taped. Weddings knock the socks is off of me. I just love them. Two weeks ago we were with Joan, who among her many talents, is an ordained minister as she married a gay couple in New York City. In so much as you have consented -- yeah, I'm getting emotional -- to be united in the bonds of matrimony, you exchange your wedding vows before all those who are present here today. Therefore, by the powers vested in me state of New York, I now present you for the very nice time. You can kiss yourself if you want to, whatever. I'm going. I really am going because all you've done is negative. You are not the one to interview a person who does humor. Sorry. Over the summer, Joan became incensed and stormed out of a live interview on CNN. And being the good sport she is, we forced her to do it again on "Access Hollywood live" while promoting her new book. I'm out of here. Keep going, take it all off. It never fails to deliver. I keep checking Twitter waiting for Joan's lines. For up to the minute information check out accesshollywood.com. Mr. And Mrs. Pitt keeping
