LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Nicole Richie has been granted temporary restraining orders against two paparazzi who she claims ran into her car, causing an accident earlier this month.
Nicole was granted a restraining order in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.
Ivon Miguel, 33, and Eduardo Arrivabene, 29, were both ordered to stay at last 100 yards away from Nicole Richie and her two children — Harlow, 2, and Sparrow, 6 weeks.
Nicole requested the order through her attorney, Mark Geragos.
In court filings attached to the temporary restraining orders and obtained by Access Hollywood, Nicole claimed both men “caused a car collision,” which damaged her vehicle and injured the star while they were attempting to take photographs of Nicole and her family on October 5, 2009.
Nicole claims in her filing that both men stalk her and scream at her “in an attempt to get a reaction.”
In both TROs she claims each man “has caused and continues to cause severe emotional distress to myself and my family.”
She also claims they sit outside her home on a daily basis and fears that their “continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle.”
Both men are due in court related to the orders on November 16.
