Lindsay Lohan wasn’t present for her latest court hearing on Wednesday in Los Angeles, but despite her absence, it was clear she has a long road ahead of her.
Judge Elden S. Fox, who took over the Lohan case after Judge Marsha Revel recused herself earlier this month, set a number of conditions for the actress to adhere to following her release from the UCLA Medical Center on Tuesday, where she had been receiving rehab treatment.
The conditions set by the judge included psychotherapy four times a week, a minimum of seven contacts a week with a mentor of some kind who is not a physician, behavioral therapy two times a week and five weekly visits to 12-step programs.

Additionally, just as she did before, Lohan will have to submit to random alcohol and drug testing no less than twice a week.
For every missed test or positive test, the judge said he would order Lohan to serve 30 days in jail. A missed visit must be reported to the court within 72 hours.
“She is very serious about her sobriety,” Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told reporters about her client, following the hearing.
“She looks forward to proving to the court that she is serious,” Holley added.
The lawyer also claimed that following a 14-day jail stint and 22 days in rehab, Lohan “has learned her lesson.”
At Wednesday’s hearing, it was also revealed that the court’s order to release Lohan from UCLA was sent at 5 PM. In the order, it said the actress could be released anytime after 8 PM.
Reports surfaced on Tuesday, shortly before 6 PM that Lohan had been released from rehab.
Holley also confirmed that Lohan was not expected to attend the Hollywood premiere of “Machete” on Wednesday night, the new Robert Rodriguez film in which Lohan has a small part. On Tuesday, a rep for 20th Century Fox, the studio behind the film, told Access that as of Tuesday, they were also not expecting the actress to be in attendance.
