LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Justin Gaston may be the boyfriend of Disney star Miley Cyrus, but the musician-model’s own career hasn’t been all PG.

“It’s not something my mom would be proud of,” he told Details’ June/July 2009 issue of a photo shoot he did for underwear maker International Jock in figure-hugging briefs.

However, the deeply religious Justin, 20, wants to rise above people’s opinions, showing off a tattoo with a message that runs into his backside.

“It’s Psalm 7:8, ‘Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness,’” Justin said of his body ink. “I don’t want to be judged — so I put it on my body in an attempt to become that bold.”

And as for tabloid rumors centered on him, the star said he’s not living with his young girlfriend.

“No! I live in an apartment in North Hollywood with two guys!” he said.

Still, Justin’s profile has been raised by his connection to Miley, who he met after being befriended by her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, during his brief appearance on reality competition “Nashville Star.”

Now firmly in the spotlight, Justin doesn’t mind the added interest.

“I like attention,” he said, adding if he could be anything, he’d be “one of those little lapdogs that gets petted all day. You know, they wake up, get fed, get attention. I’d like to be one of those little dogs. Is that weird?”
