LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Dan Aykroyd is about to go hunting for picnic baskets – and he might bring Justin Timberlake with him.

Aykroyd and Timberlake are in talks to lend their voices to the big screen animated feature “Yogi Bear,” according to Variety.

The veteran comedian would voice the title character Yogi, while Timberlake would voice his sidekick, Boo Boo.

Anna Faris is also in talks to join the cast as a wildlife documentary filmmaker who follows the antics of Yogi within Jellystone Park.

Production on “Yogi Bear” is slated to begin in early 2010 with a potential release in December 2010.

Timberlake will next be seen on the big screen in the drama “The Open Road,” alongside Jeff Bridges, Mary Steenburgen and Kate Mara.

He recently signed on to star in “The Social Network,” which chronicles the evolution of Facebook. Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield will co-star in the film.

Meanwhile, Aykroyd continues to make progress on “Ghostbusters 3,” telling New York magazine recently that the long-awaited sequel is “very close” to heading into production.
