Ladies, get ready! We love a sale. It's not going to ticket. Welcome to "Access Hollywood" live. It's so exciting for me. I watch your show. I'm such a big fan. Thank you for coming. A year and a half we met. Very, very beautiful. Happy to have you. Backstage before you went out. No. This is fun. Vegas. I went to Vegas. That was enough. Is your character coming back? I'm coming back. Yes! She's a vampire. They always come back. What form would you like to come back as? I'd like to come back as a witch. But I don't know. So many things can happen. There's so many twists and turns. We're on the sixth season now. So exciting after all these years. Do you notice all the vampires is very good looking. What's up with that? There's not an ugly one. You guys are so gorgeous. Not an uggo in the group. I say this could happen. That could happen. I'm a fan of the show too. It's exciting to see where they go with the next season. I have been fortunate. It's been over 50 countries. So many different opportunities. I'm here really for the world refugee date tomorrow and unhdr and being part of such an international agency. The show totally help me reach so many different people. How did you get involved? My mom knew I was a huge supporters of the united nations refugee agency. She called while I was in London. My mom literally hooked it up. I said whatever I can do, however I can show support, whatever I can do to campaign, please include me. I will do anything. This year in January they sent me to this refugee camp. Is that what we're seeing? That's what you are seeing here. I talked to a man that worked at one of the medical facilities at the camp. This refugee camp. It houses over 100,000 refugees. Awe some opportunity. What was your takeaway from all of this? It was so many different things when you experience something like that. A lot of it is humility. We're fortunate to be here and to have this incredible life here in Hollywood. But it really showed that underneath it all family is really important. Love is really important. Right. Being there for each other is really important. I'm actually getting on a flight tonight and I'm going to -- there's an event tomorrow. I hope I'm saying it right. Mullity cultural. Unhdr is putting together this free concert for all of these people for world refugee day. And my amazing coach, he's incredible. His name is Reese. He travels with me. Right there. Isn't he gorgeous? We're traveling and we're going to Washington, D.C. And after that we're going to Atlanta, Boston. It's just so great to be a part of something bigger than you and make you feel it is all worth it. It totally opened the door for me. I like to hear those kind of stories. They're down to Earth. It feels like it changes new a different way. Totally. And you see all these things in Hollywood. You have to talk about and report the good and the bad sometimes. It's all good. It's all good. You're so happy to be in these situations. I feel if more people spent time. Just go on the web and figure out how to support these people around the world who are less fortunate than you. A lot of people think that, you know, even if they're not a star or host of "Access Hollywood" they aren't capable of helping anyone, they're powerless. They're sitting at home thinking, what can I do? There's so much you can do. Raise awareness of what's going on all over the world and how these people have had to flee their homes and don't have anything. They're refugees in a world where they shouldn't have to be. They are the victim of being caught in the cross-fire of conflict. We can tweet about it. Social media is so powerful. Anything you guys can do for these people, they really need it. It's a big world. Before we go, I see the ring. Wedding plans coming? They are totally done. Are we invited? Yeah. We are the best dancers in the world. Isn't he gorgeous? He's so beautiful. We've been together almost six years. That's cool. Before "Vampire diaries". I like that. It wasn't just when she became a vampire. The love was already there, solid. That was before I had a car because I couldn't afford one. I had to the skateboard to work. All white traditional California wedding. Beautiful day. 78 degrees. I hope. Are we doing it by the beach? I thought about it. But I'm all about it looking like California. I'm that kind of girl. I want it to be traditional. With fashion and stuff, I have played around. For the wedding I will keep it more traditional. Is it summer? No. I've been working so much. He's been producing and doing all this really cool stuff. We don't want to rush something. Went to do it right. We're still building our lives. We're still young. We're not going anywhere. We're still going to be together. We pushed it to next year. You are lovely. You are well put together. That's a positive woman. I'm going to change my name. All new "Vampire diaries" coming on the cw.
