LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Keanu Reeves has been granted his wish to keep the prying eyes of the public out of an upcoming deposition, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood.

The deposition is part of a lawsuit brought against the actor by a photographer who claims the actor hit him with his Porsche in a Rancho Palos Verdes parking lot in March 2007.

According to court documents, the judge has ordered that only Reeves’ and the plaintiff’s lawyers will have access to the transcripts from the deposition, and a unnamed third party will keep the video of Reeves’ taped Q&A session.

The documents also noted that no copies of Reeves’ deposition are to be made and the video must be kept “under lock and key,” by the third party.

The case is slated to go to trial on October 27.
