NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Kenny Chesney’s Nashville home was not spared by the power of Mother Nature.

The country star Tweeted a photo of himself at his home in the midst of the flood that has ravaged Tennessee.

“Sending Anderson Cooper footage of my house under water for tonight,” he wrote. “TN is a mess.”

The singer can be seen loading a motorboat full of music equipment and personal effects while he’s holding a white guitar.

On Sunday, Kenny urged his fans to help with relief efforts for people affected by the rising waters.

“TN is a mess with floods. If you’re fortunate enough to help out, hit up the mid-TN Red Cross,“he Tweeted. “Stay safe, everyone.”

The floods have also reportedly affected Soundcheck Nashville, a storage space where many artists including Keith Urban and Brad Paisley store their musical equipment, the home of country singer Dierks Bentley and the Grand Ole Opry House.
