Oh, Oh. Happy Cinco de mayo. Good day to celebrate. Everything Mexican. We have festive and healthy dishes dishes to eat while celebrating. Can we make this healthy Terri glassman. We can. I'll not be a buzz kichlt I love this holiday because Mexican food is the best which to enjoy food but still be healthy. Miniingredient in Mexican food are actually really healthy. Avacado pepper. Bean. Just a matter of doing it the right way e-just the hot melted jack cheese. You have the pepper for the flavor you don't need the cheese. Start off with a cocktail. I know you like your cocktail. This is a bloody grapefruit margarita. What are you doing. Hold it. Cheers cheers. Reporter: What's in there. This is grate grapefruit juice. Fresh Oranges.
