LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Kevin Federline is reportedly not the best renter – the owner of the Tarzana, Calif. home where he lived until last May is claiming the former MC has skipped out on his last 6 months of rent and thrashed the house.
According to TMZ, the owner of K-Fed’s former crib has sent a letter demanding $110,661 in rent and damages to the home.
The alleged damages include: gutters filled with beer bottles, a broken beer dispenser, spit marks on home’s paint, broken light covers, damaged light posts, broken tiles, dead plants and trees, walls covered in drawings, the creation of a music studio without owner’s permission, damaged dishwasher, oil leak damage to driveway and tinted windows in master bathroom without owner’s permission.
K-Fed is even accused to not returning the home’s garage door opener.
According to TMZ, the homeowner says he will take K-Fed to court if he does not pay for the alleged charges and damages.
AccessHollywood.com has reached out to reps for K-Fed and is awaiting a response.
