LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Caption Kevin Jonas of Jonas Brothers arrives at the Walt Disney Pictures’ ‘Jonas Brothers The 3D Concert Experience’Along with his two brothers, Kevin Jonas may be a household name to millions of teens, but being a rock star wasn’t always his dream job.
“I wanted to [work at The Gap],” he told AccessHollywood.com‘s “Dish Of Salt” Laura Saltman at the Hollywood premiere of the Jonas Brothers’ “3D Concert Experience” movie on Tuesday. “Especially when those Gap jean jackets were madly in style and you didn’t want to take ‘em off. That was pretty awesome.”
But working a register would be a far cry from his current fame, where he and his brothers are greeted everything by the sound of screaming fans.
“You hear it so much that you get immune to the screaming,” brother Joe told Laura. “It’s like, once you leave you’re still hearing it and you’re talking really loud.”
Still, the Disney stars wouldn’t trade it away.
“You never get sick of it because it’s amazing,” Joe added.
To help promote their new movie, due this Friday, the Jonas Brothers will be out on a cross-country surprise theater tour this weekend.
“[We’ll] just show up and walk in and surprise the fans,” Joe said, keeping his lips sealed on the cities they might appear. “We can tell you they’re in America,” he said.
