LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Khloe Kardashian is going to jail on Friday.
Earlier today, the co-star of E! reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” was sentenced by Judge Thomas E. Grodin, to 30 days in county jail for violating her DUI probation, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood.
In March of 2007, Khloe received her DUI, according to E! News.

She was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to complete work for CalTrans and an alcohol program.
Earlier today, Judge Grodin ruled that she had violated those terms and as a result, the court revoked her probation and sentenced her to jail.
Khloe had hoped to surrender directly to Lynwood County Jail, where her older sister Kim Kardashian’s pal Paris Hilton served her sentence, but the motion was denied.
Khloe must now appear in court on Friday to surrender to authorities.
Khloe’s probation was reinstated after she was given the jail sentence and she has been ordered to re-enroll in an alcohol program and a H.A.M. program within 21 days following her release from jail.
