LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The moment you’ve all been waiting for has arrived – Kim Kardashian has finally revealed the talent that makes her deserving of the spotlight!
The 30-year-old reality star, along with her eldest sister Kourtney, sat down with CNN’s Piers Morgan – and the British host pulled no punches with the publicity loving pair.
“I’m a judge on ‘America’s Got Talent,’ obviously,” Piers said to Kim and Kourtney in an interview on his show, “Piers Morgan Tonight,” on Thursday. “If you were to come on [‘AGT’] and I was to ask you, ‘Honestly, what is your talent?’ Would you have any?”
“I would absolutely say that marketing is a skill and I think that fashion [is] as well,” Kim answered. “Each sister have been stylists at some point in our lives. We own three successful clothing stores.”
“So, when people call you talent-less, how do you react?” Piers continued. “Does it hurt you?”
“It doesn’t hurt me,” Kourtney, 31, answered. “I think people that know us, that watch our show, see that we work, see that we’re hard workers.
“I usually find the comments come from people that don’t watch our show or know anything about us,” Kourtney continued. “They might just see us in magazines or see our pictures on blogs and think that we’re just spoiled kids that don’t do anything and we just run around Hollywood and go to parties.”
As for Kim’s infamous sex tape with Ray J Norwood (R&B singer Brandy’s younger brother), the buxom brunette credited ex-boyfriend (and New Orleans Saints star running back) Reggie Bush with helping her bounce back from humiliation after the tape was leaked to the public.
“There’s this embarrassment and shame that comes along with [the release of the tape] and I think I was so lucky to find a boyfriend at that time in Reggie — we were together for four years — and that’s something that he really helped me through,” Kim said. “He picked me up when I couldn’t pick myself up….
“So I feel like I’ve dealt with it and now I move on from it and I don’t really go there,” she added.
