LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Lady Gaga has a message for her fans following her recent minor weight gain.

The chart-topper — who, earlier this week, told radio host Elvis Duran she’s gained approximately 25 pounds while enjoying time off from her usually strict diet — extended gratitude to her little monsters for their unwavering support on Saturday.

“[Thanks] to my fans who love me no matter what, and know the meaning of real beauty&compassion,” she Tweeted. “I really love you.”

The “Born This Way” singer also shared a photo of curvaceous icon Marilyn Monroe, with a caption that read, “To all the girls that think you’re ugly because you’re not a size 0, you’re the beautiful one. It’s society who’s ugly.”

Additionally, Gaga seemed to make a fashion statement against society’s perceived skewed view of weight, as she stepped out in Paris on Saturday wearing a gigantic suit with the shape of a pink dress printed on the front and goggle-typed glasses (making the petite singer appear much larger than she actually is).
