Both People and Us Weekly reported that the former “Hills” star and her boyfriend of three years have gone their separate ways.
Lauren and Kyle never shared their romance in front of MTV’s cameras, but occasionally the two were photographed together.
Earlier this year, around Valentine’s Day, Lauren told People her then-boyfriend was “very sweet.”
“I don’t think you need a specific day to celebrate your love for someone,” she said. “I think it can be a Tuesday. It’s an everyday thing.”
Kyle was one of the stars of “Orange County,” coincidentally, the real life county Lauren hails from. His recently appeared on NBC’s summer comedy series, “Love Bites,” alongside newly-pregnant Lindsay Price and former “Heroes” star Greg Grunberg.
