LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Jennifer Lopez has filed a lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa and filmmaker Ed Meyer, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

J.Lo filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday for a host of complaints including breach of contract, invasion of privacy and publication of private facts stemming around Noa and Meyer’s planned film, “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story,” as well as his alleged intentions to market “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage.”

According to Lopez’s suit, the star’s legal team claims to have received an e-mail from Meyer on November 2 describing home videos he had obtained of Lopez featuring the singer/actress “in revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from [her and Noa’s] honeymoon.”

Lopez’s legal team claims the movie and shopping of the footage are in violation of a settlement agreement from October 2005 with Noa, which included a non-disparagement clause and a non-disclosure clause.

Lopez’s legal team claims Meyer told them in an email, the injunction they filed on October 23 to try and halt the project and release of the video is “100% ineffective.”

Additionally, Lopez’s lawyers say Meyer, “stated that TMZ ‘has entered into a contractual agreement with me [Meyer] for the exclusive rights to the Ojani Noa/Jennifer Lopez home movies.’”

On Friday, TMZ denied the claim in a post on their Web site.

“The producer’s claims are patently false — there was never any such agreement,” the Telepictures-owned Web site wrote.

Lopez is suing for $10 million on each of her six causes of action. In addition, she has asked for a temporary restraining order against Meyer and Noa and their people. The restraining order hearing is being held in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday.

Lawyers for Noa and Meyer were not immediately available for comment, however, late last month, Meyer told TheWrap.com that the film, “How I Married Jennifer Lopez” is a “mockumentary.”

Lopez and Noa were married from 1997 to 1998.

She wed her current husband, singer Marc Anthony, in 2004.
