The actress – who sported a print dress, black leggings and furry coat – was all smiles for photographers at the New York screening that also had the movie’s stars, Jake Gyllenhaal and Michelle Monaghan, in attendance.
Earlier in the day, Lindsay defended Wednesday night’s photos that showed the actress on the ground outside New York’s Motor City Bar.
“funny how making a joke can turn into…. well, me falling and a story.. #twisted,” Lindsay Tweeted.
She also spoke to TMZ about the incident, saying, “I was NOT drinking, nor do I drink!… I was with my brother, sister and friends. I was making a joke. They’re trying to make something out of nothing.”
Adding, “Just because I’m out doesn’t mean I’m drinking.”
