NEW YORK, New York --
Despite reports to the contrary, there are no wedding bells ringing for Lindsay Lohan and gal pal Samantha Ronson.
According to the U.K.’s Daily Mail, there have been “wedding whispers” involving Lindsay and Samantha.
The tab even claims that while recently deejaying at a party in LA, Samantha allegedly announced to the crowd, “By the end of this year, [Lindsay] will be Mrs. Ronson.”
When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for Lindsay offered a very brief comment regarding the Daily Mail’s story.
“They lie,” the rep told Access.
Rumors continued to swirl as Lindsay hit the red carpet for the Stand Up For a Cure cancer fundraiser in New York on Wednesday night, sporting what the Daily Mail called “a sparkling ring on her engagement finger.”
And while Lindsay was photographed sporting the ring on her left ring finger, her rep said it’s just a harmless piece of jewelry.
“She bought it herself. It’s an antique ring that she found at an antique store in NYC,” her rep told People.
The Daily Mail had no further comment on their story when contacted by Access.
