Here’s HealthCorps recipe for Yummy Hummus:

Ingredients:

2 cups canned chickpeas (keep the liquid)

1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, peeled

Salt & pepper

1 Lemon juice

1 tbs. paprika

Parsley (for garnish)

Mix ingredients, except the parsley, in a food processor; add chickpea liquid or water as need until a smooth puree is produced. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with a bit more paprika. Serve with whole grain pita or baked chips.
