Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, told Access Hollywood on Tuesday that the “Mean Girls” star will be a probation status hearing on Thursday at 8:30 AM, which a judge has ordered her to appear at.
Additionally, a source told Access on Tuesday that Lindsay is not in compliance with her probation stemming from her 2007 DUI case and she still has three more classes to complete.
The source went on to say that the judge could hand down a number of different options to Lindsay on Thursday that could include jail, being ordered to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, being sent to an in-patient rehab facility or possibly community service.
If the 23-year-old headline maker fails to show up at the mandatory court appearance, an arrest warrant will be issued for Lindsay.
