LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Madonna will have to give good face once again – this time for Dolce & Gabbana.
The Italian fashion duo announced that the queen of pop will be the face of their Spring/Summer 2010 campaign on their online magazine, Swide.com.
“To have Madonna in our campaign is a dream come true,” Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana told Swide.
Madonna, who just wrapped two seasons as the face of Louis Vuitton, is no stranger to Dolce & Gabbana.
They designed her costumes for her 1993 “The Girlie Show” tour and recently for her “Sticky and Sweet” tour.
“It seemed only fitting that Madonna, who embodies both the strong sensuality of the brand and who shares an Italian heritage with the designers should be the one to showcase the Sicilian inspired collection,” they said of their Spring/Summer 2010 collection, which is said to heavily feature corsets.
