Mandy Moore’s Rocky Relationship With Her Mom

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Mandy Moore’s relationship with her real-life mom can sometimes be as rocky as the one she has with Diane Keaton in “Because I Said So.”

Moore says her mom “definitely annoys” her as much as Keaton does in the movie, but at least she says she knows her mother is doing it with love.

But Moore says she could never have as frank a discussion about sex with her mother as she does with Keaton.

Moore says she doesn’t want her mother knowing about her sex life. That’s for her to discuss with her girlfriends.

“Because I Said So” opens today.
