Maria Menounos Scores Big With Fans At MLB All Star Weekend

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Caption Maria Menounos at the 2008 MLB All-Star Week Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celeb Softball GameIt appears everyone wants to know more about our own Maria Menounos today! She’s #15 on Google Trend Labs’ “Hot Trends” search list, following her participation in the Major League Baseball All Star Legends & Celebrity Softball game Sunday.

Without a shred of fear in her body, Maria wore her Boston Red Sox hat to Yankee Stadium, even weathering Boo’s from the crowd to stand up for her beloved home town team! She wore #49.

Maria played on the American Team; her teammates included Billy Crystal, Billy Baldwin, Billy Joel, Whoopi Goldberg, Goose Gossage, and Wade Boggs. She performed admirably at the plate, making contact with the ball and just missing out on a single. And she had only a couple of bobbles in the field, playing second base.

Sunday night Maria hosted the official MLB All Star party.
