Scott Ruffalo, the brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, died Monday night, Access Hollywood has learned.
Ruffalo clung to life for a week after being shot in the head in the early hours of December 1.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Beverly Hills Police confirmed that a 1:30 AM shooting took place last week at an address that Access learned was the residence of hairdresser Scott Ruffalo.
On Monday, Shaha Mishaal Adham, who police had issued an arrest warrant for in connection to the shooting of Ruffalo, turned herself into police.
A spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department said Adham, along with Brian Scofield, who had been identified as a “person of interest” in the case, turned themselves in at 1:30 PM on Monday.
Adham was arrested and booked on the warrant for attempted murder of Ruffalo. Scofield was being held on a misdemeanor traffic warrant.
Jail records show a court date for Adham has been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday.
