It’s Earth Week and one simple way to be kinder to the planet is to give up meat one day a week. Celebrity chef and author of “What’s for Dinner,” Curtis Stone, visits Access Hollywood Live with meatless ideas for breakfast.

You put it in a nice sort of even heat. Then you just sort of work it a little bit so you push the the bottom of the plan and the flavor. So I have a little get to cheese. Cook in a little vinegar or put tonight raw. I cooked them in chicken stock and a tiny bit of vinegar. So then you sort of just allow that to sit up. Don't do a rush. We'll come back to it.
