Were you playing for the freedom then. I was I was. It was great place. Great right near the safeway walk over. Just outside of Georgetown you could say you lived there but right outside. Global park any way you are here Saturday what are you doing. Trying to set a guinness book of world record. We are here with leapfrog and we are really trying to encourage family to get up and get active with the kids. It's so important this day and age to really set good example for your kids. So on Saturday we'll be out at Santa Monica beach from 1 to 4 encouraging local kids from the ages of 6 to 8 and yes we are going to have a dj. We have healthy snack and we are just going to have a lot of fun. We are. We are going to try to set some new guinness book of world record with the sand angel. Hopping on one foot. Nice. And the swim dance which I can't wait to do. How do you do it. I think it's a little bit of this. Oh, yes yes. Now that you have your life has changed so much now with so much free time on your hand. What are you doing with your family and [íds? I'm curious the cons are between being a mom full-time and what you are doing on the schedule. My demanding was someone was always Teing me what to do you have to go here. These are the weight you lift now I have to figure out on my own. Our girls we have 7-year-old twin girls that are second graders an we have a two and a half-year-old little boy. So we are just managing homework every night. Now that school started. The fall sports have started. Soccer gears up this weekend so we are excited. How involved are you in T How involved are you in that. I stay on the side lines and. That's got to be tough. Come on. How wow! Would you l"u(q the coach Mia hamm behind you. Clear the ball. Kick it. Mia. You are not coaching. I'm very quiet. Bite my tongue a lot. But you know what. Why didn't you coach. You have to help them out. I have thought about it. I have thought about it. But I want my kids to kind of like me. I think it's a lot different when your parents are coaching. So hard. It is. Absolutely. Zo parents are so out of control. Itches coaching my daughter team for years and yourself app fine ail couldn't take it any more. Father are screaming and yelling and I have to manage them. This is a thankless job not doing it any more. Use the old Boston red sox grit your husband is he coach involved in the sport. He's right now working with the dodgers kind of doing broadcasting with them and he gets to as many games. It's really great when soft bull season started he was throughout with our girls and that is just warms my heart to see him throughout playing with them and you know, as we talk about setting a good example for them. Can you give us some good tips. Active super important in my family. First of all keep it simple. Don't make it overly complicated. It can be going outside playing tag. I think making it a part of your daily routine. I remember when our girls were young we would have these dance parties right before they went to bed just because about kind of calm them down and get all the wiggle giggle out. The other thing is incorporate having your family be a part of this. I think the wider net we can cast to have positive role model for our kids and make it a part of their daily life firjts packet will be incredibly great. Then reward the successes. With something whether going to a park across town. I know for our girls we like to go ice skating. In cold Los Angeles. 3 rink. There's one trial in where we are sitting rate now. So we try to do that. But it's really helping them enjoy being active. You know what there's a great game when I was a kid we played goch you last. Remember gotcha last. You touch and take off running and they have to fine you. That's it. Gotcha last. That's my tip one tip. For more on Mia fun day happening this Saturday go to "Access Hollywood live".com.
