Michael Phelps On TV And Dating

Michael Phelps’ fame as an eight time Olympic gold medalist is extending far past the swimming pool.
Phelps will be appearing at the MTV Video Music Awards September 7.
“I’m pumped to see some of these guys perform live,” Phelps told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush.
When asked if he’s going to be presenting, Phelps said “I am getting told right now that I am introducing Weezy, so it’s gonna be pretty sick.”
In addition to being a presenter for the VMAs, Phelps will be hosting the season premiere of Saturday Night Live of September 13th.
“It’s gonna be a different scene than what I’m used to,” Phelps explained, “All my boys are giving me a hard time telling me I better not mess it up.”
Phelps has also been seen on the set of the HBO show “Entourage,” according to the Associate Press. Phelps has been a big fan of the show, and Doug Ellin, the show’s producer, wrote him into an episode.
Phelps will appear on the show later this year.
Has all this media hype scored Phelps a girlfriend?
“I am not dating Stephanie Rice,” Phelps tells Billy Bush, dismissing the latest dating rumor that he’s coupled with the Australian Olympic swimmer. But as far as his current dating status, he added, “That’s my private life – I’m not revealing that!”
