NEW YORK, New York --

Before America stuffs itself to sleep with hefty helpings of turkey, NBC will be serving up a steady dose of Miley Cyrus on Thanksgiving.

The tween queen will headline the list of performers during the 82nd Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Hosted by the “Today” show’s Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira and Al Roker, the parade will also feature performances by “American Idol” alum David Archuleta, The Cheetah Girls, Trace Adkins, Kristen Chenoweth and more.

And of course, no Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is complete without giant helium-filled caricatures filling the streets of New York. Among the balloons making their Macy’s parade debut this year include Buzz Lightyear, the Smurfs(who are celebrating their 50th anniversary) and Dr. Seuss’ Horton from “Horton Hears a Who.”

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air November 27 at 9 AM on NBC.
