LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Miley Cyrus might be filming a big screen version of her squeaky clean Disney channel show, “Hannah Montana,” but don’t expect her to play teen roles forever.

The actress and singer told TV Guide’s new issue she would love to do a softer version of “Sex and The City,” in the future.

“I’d love to do a younger, cleaner version of ‘Sex and The City,’” she told the magazine.

In the past, Cyrus expressed her love for the HBO show, though her parents later clarified her statements noting she watches the TBS, watered-down version of the program.

But though Cyrus has an interest in a “Sex”-type show, her version of what is “cleaner” might be very, very wholesome. When asked about her wearing of a purity ring, like the Jonas Brothers, Miley said she was proud to stand strong against peer pressure.

“I like to think of myself as the girl that no one can get, that no one can keep in their hand,” she said. “Even at my age, a lot of girls are starting to fall and I think if [staying a virgin] is a commitment girls make, that’s great.”

And Cyrus said she is also proud she has become a role model for other young people.

“I feel empowered when I see my face on a T-shirt. A girl wouldn’t be wearing a shirt with me on it just because she liked my show,” Cyrus said. “She must look up to me.”

As for Cyrus’ own role model, that falls on the shoulders of a higher power.

“I don’t know what I would do without a God that blesses me with the ability to do this,” she said.
