LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Things may be taking a turn for the better for Nadya Suleman, the world’s most famous new mom. Just weeks after giving birth to eight kids (bringing her single mom total to 14) she was spotted on Thursday looking at a possible new home for her brood. The price tag? $1.195 million.

Esther Viera, the listing agent for the property Octu-mom looked at in Whittier, Calif., told Access Hollywood she knew something was going on last night when the owner of the house (someone who is said to have Hollywood connections) called and asked her to cancel all appointments for today.

Viera said that this morning, neighbors began calling her, asking for details on what was going on at the property, and recounting details of a traffic jam they were experiencing in the area.

Not long after, Viera said, reporters began calling.

How many?

“I stopped counting,” the real estate agent laughed.

The home Suleman looked at measures in at just under 4,000 square feet and contains four bedrooms over one-third of an acre.

The Mediterranean style residence is reportedly 125 years old and features views that extend to Catalina Island.

Viera told Access Hollywood it is currently too early to predict if Suleman will make an offer on the property. And while she doesn’t know if Octu-mom can afford it she wondered, “How’s she going to support those kids?”

According to several online reports on Thursday, Suleman recently secured paid deals for interviews with a Web site and a television show.

But, according to a rep for Dr. Phil, who was sitting down with the mother-of-14, “Dr Phil did not pay to interview Nadya Suleman.”
