The no. 1 problem is we are too general right. So I just want to be happy this year. What does that mean. I want to fall in love. Not going to end up on the wind shelled so you have to work at that. And people aren't working towards resolutions they are not putting solutions behind the resolution. I like. That I didn't make one this year. I'll ease into it for the new year. Tips for making and sticking to the new year's resolution. Here we go. No. 1 prioritize solutions over resolution. Yes. If you want to feel better about yourself don't say I'll have more me time so I will actually every day take a yoga class or something that is going to make you feel fulfilled or have one adult night out week which I recommend to everyone. I fail with resolution so badly. I will gain weight in the new year I might lose. This could be you. Drop the all or nothing approach. Yes. So if you hear people do this all the time. They say forget I had a eat a pizza and everything else tonight. Not the way life works. If you were captain of a ship and hit a wave you won't capsize the boat. Why do that to your resolution. So instead say okay. I'll be for giving of myself and had a mistake and hiccup and tomorrow is a better day. Exactly. One little wheel comes off then the whole thing goes. I'm all the bad ones.
