Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson has lashed out at the media, claiming they are giving her daughter, Princess Beatrice, a weight complex.
Fergie told the BBC her daughter, Beatrice, 19, is a healthy size 10 (an 8 in U.S. measurements) in a new interview. She made the comments after her daughter’s weight was referenced in the tabloids, which caught the princess on vacation in the Caribbean wearing a bikini.

A photographer convicted of assaulting Heather Mills won an appeal Tuesday because Mills didn’t attend a court hearing.
Jay Kaycappa had been sentenced to 140 hours of community service for allegedly grabbing Mills by her shoulder and taking her photograph in 2006.

A prosecutor in the child pornography trial of R. Kelly warned jurors Tuesday they would have to watch a videotape depicting an “underage child performing sex acts that you havenever seen before.”
“A child doesn’t choose to be violated and placed on a videotape, a videotape that will live on forever — long after this child becomes an adult,” Cook County prosecutor Shauna Bolikertold jurors as opening statements got under way in the R&B singer’s long-delayed trial.

As Harrison Ford’s most famous alter ego, Indiana Jones, once said, “It’s not just the years, honey, it’s the mileage.”
And if you lower your expectations, then you’re bound to get a lot of mileage out of Indy’s fourth adventure, “The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.” It’s not a masterpiece by any means, like 1981’s “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” and it falls a bit short of that’s blockbuster’s very entertaining sequels, 1984’s “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” and 1989’s “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.”
But for a film series that supposedly came to a close 19 years ago, “Crystal Skull” is an exciting movie that lives up to the high standards set by its predecessors.
