Nick &Vanessa Lachey Expecting A Boy

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Vanessa Lachey’s baby wishes are coming true!

In March, the mom-to-be Tweeted about her upcoming birth, writing, “I’m excited either way! But I always wanted a boy first.”

On Wednesday, she shared some exciting news on her website.

“It’s a BOY. Nick and I are incredibly excited to share the news that we are expecting a baby boy,” the 31-year-old “Wipeout” host wrote.

“We can’t wait to meet him soon!!!” she added.

Nick and Vanessa will welcome their first child in September. The pair recently took a trip to Jade Mountain in St. Lucia to celebrate the pregnancy.

The couple wed in July 2011.
