LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- “The Office” actress Angela Kinsey is divorcing Warren Lieberstein, who also works on the hit NBC series as a producer and writer, Access Hollywood has confirmed

Kinsey filed for divorce in LA County Superior Court on Thursday after 10 years of marriage. The actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split.

The 39-year-old actress has requested joint physical and legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Isabel Ruby.

The couple first separated in February 2009. At the time, a rep for Kinsey told People that the former couple would “continue to be friends and spend time with their daughter.””
