Bach turned herself in to authorities on Thursday to begin serving her 90-day jail sentence in Los Angeles, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
The sentence is a result of a no contest plea to a DUI charge last week, stemming from a 2009 incident.
According to the court’s minute order from April 23, Bach was also ordered to serve 16 days of Cal Trans work, to enroll in an 18-month licensed alcohol and drug education counseling program and to complete a 21-day program known as the Multiple Offender Drinking Driver Program.
In addition, her driver’s license was suspended for two years. Plus, once she gets out of jail, she’s been ordered to wear a SCRAM monitoring device for six months, an ankle bracelet which will measure the amount of alcohol in her system at any given time.
Bach had originally been ordered to surrender by May 3, 2010.
