Paparazzo Rear Ends Nicole Richie In Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

The mother of two complained of pain following the incident and told authorities she would seek medical treatment on her own. No ambulance was called, a rep for the Beverly Hills Police Department told Access.
Neither of Nicole’s children — Harlow, 21 months; and Sparrow, 1 month — were with her during the incident, which occurred at the 9400 block of Wilshire Blvd. and Cannon Dr. in Beverly Hills. She did have an unnamed adult passenger in the car with her, authorities said.
The car that rear-ended Nicole was being driven by a paparazzo who was unlicensed. The man was cited over the incident and his car was impounded. The man’s name was not released to the media.
