LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Paris Hilton has already conquered the world of reality television with “The Simple Life” and “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF,” and now the heiress has her sights set on scripted television — and Ryan Seacrest is again involved.

“Paris and I are developing a scripted series,” the “American Idol” host told Access Hollywood Monday. “Paris has a very keying sense of humor. She knows who she is and sort of what her place is and the world of pop culture. And she wants to have fun with that. So I think that this is a very clever show.”

And what will Paris’ show be about?

“Paris Hilton,” Ryan simply said.

The “Idol” host told Access Paris will play herself in the scripted series, which will draw upon her unique life for storylines.

“Paris is going to star in it. Paris is going to play a very clever and funny Paris Hilton. Some of things that she encounters are really interesting,” Ryan said. “And if we pepper in a little bit of script, I think it’s gonna be very funny.”

And Paris is out with a new FunnyOrDie.com video today! Watch it HERE!
